SIP – Shopping center – Parma Real Estate Development

Masterplan

The project includes the construction of a large shopping and hospitality center. A study of the buildings to be constructed provides for a extensive system of channels, mirrors and water features that generates and articulates the volumes, transforming them into ripples and disruptions of continuity, characteristic of the Po Valley.

Water flowing and digging through the great plain of farmland surrounding the area generates a series of fractures, which add landscape elements in the form of thirteen large plates that emerge from the ground and become roofs and filtering elements as they rise, sheltering both the new commercial buildings and the open spaces in between them.
