Questo canyon verde e pedonale rappresenta lo spazio sociale e di relazione in cui troveranno sede le funzioni di interesse pubblico e sul quale si affacceranno le residenze.
Gli edifici bassi che fungono da zoccolo di servizi sono anche il supporto di un grande giardino pensile lineare, su cui poggiano le torri centrali che ospiteranno residenza e uffici.
