14. MARIO CUCINELLA, Bologna-Milan
He is one of the most respected Italian architects involved in the fight against climate change. "Sustainability is not about technology, it's about architectural design," he says. He gained international fame and recognition thanks to his original technology of printing houses from clay. During the last edition, Salone del Mobile presented two installations dealing with the subject of material recycling.
