If you want to have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting MCA projects, this position is ideal for a passionate and experienced architect or engineer seeking to engage in project management and guidance. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance during all design phases and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and budget control.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering-Architecture or Building Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture for complex projects in various design phases.
• Fluent Italian and English speaker. A third language would be a plus.
• Understanding of Mario Cucinella Architects work and theory.
• Proven knowledge of architecture, design, trends, construction methodology, application of materials and manufacturer-supplier suitability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time management and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and tools, Microsoft Project would be considered a plus.
• Proven experience in coordinating and supporting the growth of the assigned team.
• Proven experience in managing the relationships with Clients focusing on contractual obligations, project expectations, quality of service and general communication among all parties.
• Ability to provide regular project status reports to the Operations Director ensuring an accurate flow of information.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks by proposing strategies to MCA Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign. Knowledge of the BIM methodology and Revit would be considered a plus.

The studio based in Bologna and Milan, is composed of an international team of more than one hundred architects, engineers, graphic designers, model makers and researchers. Founded in 1992 in Paris and then in 1999 in Bologna, the studio has a solid experience in design architecture that integrates environmental and energy strategies, making use of an internal R&D department, which carries out research on sustainability issues following a holistic approach.
All projects are united by a common focus on technological integration with environmental and climate strategies to create buildings that can reduce their environmental impact in view of the UN 2030 and European 2050 objectives. Therefore, the practice aims to contribute to the mitigation and adaption of actions that diminish the impact of climate change, on the one hand, and to create positive social evolution through greater public participation and sharing of urban planning and transformation processes, on the other.
