The six stories building is located in Boulogne Bilancourt, just outside Paris and is designed as a series of plies of wood separated by cubes.
One side is made up of protruding boxes which animate the façade and create protected and private terraces, while the other side is smooth and orderly. Services (day care center, restaurant, bar) are on the ground floor, the roof is a garden shared by residents of the building. The bioclimatic strategies used allow the building to produce more energy than it consumes.
